✅ Eligibility & NEET
Is NEET mandatory for MBBS admission in India and abroad? ▼
Yes, NEET is mandatory for all Indian students seeking MBBS admission — whether in India or abroad — as per NMC (National Medical Commission) guidelines. You need a minimum qualifying score (50th percentile for General category, 40th for SC/ST/OBC). Without a valid NEET score, Indian students cannot get admission to any MBBS program anywhere.
What is the minimum NEET score for MBBS abroad? ▼

You must have:
• Completed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB)
• Minimum 50% aggregate in PCB (40% for reserved categories)

• Uzbekistan – Rapidly growing medical education (~$4,500/yr)
• Kazakhstan – WHO recognized, good FMGE results (~$4,800/yr)
• Kyrgyzstan, Bangladesh, Mauritius – Also popular options

Each country has pros and cons — our counselors help you choose based on your profile.
Is the medium of instruction English in foreign MBBS colleges? ▼
Yes, all our partner colleges offer MBBS in English medium. In countries like Russia and Uzbekistan, the local language is also taught as a subject, which helps during clinical rotations.
How do I know if a foreign college is NMC recognized? ▼
You can verify any college on the NMC official website. Neriah only works with NMC/WHO approved colleges — we share recognition certificates during our counseling session. Never join a college that isn't verified.
🇮🇳 MBBS in India
What is the difference between Deemed and State MBBS colleges in India? ▼
State Government Colleges: Government-funded, very low fees (₹10,000–₹50,000/yr) but extremely competitive cutoffs based on NEET merit & state quota.

Deemed Universities: Private institutions with management quota seats. Higher fees (₹15–25 lakh/yr) but more accessible for students with moderate NEET scores. Neriah helps with both.
What NEET score is needed for Deemed University MBBS in India? ▼
For management quota seats in Deemed Universities, typically a NEET score of 300–450+ is sufficient depending on the college. NRI quota may need higher scores. Our counselors will shortlist the best options for your score range.
